This page is the contract between you and AveolaWeb. It is written for people, not just legal teams — and if any clause leaves you unsure, ask us before acting on your own reading of it.

The gist: you must be 18 or older, the person on your screen deserves basic decency, coins are virtual items with no cash value, and AveolaWeb makes the introduction — it cannot vouch for the people it introduces. Everything below this box is the text that legally counts.

1. Agreeing to These Terms

By using AveolaWeb at all — opening the site, starting a match, creating an account, buying coins — you accept these terms. There is no quiet workaround: if this agreement does not sit right with you, the honest option is not to use the service.

These terms work together with our privacy policy and the community guidelines — read as one, those documents are the whole agreement between you and us. Keep using AveolaWeb after we revise this page, and that continued use counts as agreement with the revised text; section 7 explains how revisions work.

2. Who Can Use AveolaWeb

AveolaWeb is for adults only. You must be 18 or older to use it, and local law where you live must allow you to use a video chat service of this kind. By using AveolaWeb you vouch for both — and we treat that vouching as a real statement, not a checkbox.

You also vouch that you are not currently banned from the service. If we have reason to believe an account belongs to someone under 18, we can restrict or close it while we look into it. Age is the one area where we act first and ask questions after — deliberately.

3. Your Account

You can try AveolaWeb without registering — the first match asks for nothing. An account unlocks the fuller experience, and whatever details you hand over at that point need to be accurate and actually yours. One person per account: no selling it, no lending it, no sharing the login — and never letting someone under 18 use it.

Anything done while signed in as you is assumed to be done by you, so guard the login like it matters — because it does. If you suspect someone else has gained access, tell us quickly and we will sort it out together.

4. Free Matches and Virtual Coins

The money side, without the varnish. Your first match is free, and you can start it with no sign-up. Beyond that, longer or premium sessions can use coins — they buy you more time and extra features inside the product.

Prices, package contents, and any conditions appear in the product before you confirm a payment. Treat that screen as the authority — prices move, and this page will not chase them. Checkout runs through external payment processors on their own terms; your full card details stay with them, not with us.

To be completely straight about what coins are: a permission to use paid features within AveolaWeb. They are virtual items with no cash value — not a deposit, not an investment — and there is no mechanism to withdraw, swap, or transfer them off the platform. Coins are non-refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. If a charge looks wrong, email us before going the chargeback route — a quick message first saves everyone trouble.

5. Acceptable Use

AveolaWeb exists so people can meet someone genuinely new, and that only works when both sides of the camera behave. The community guidelines hold the complete house rules, and they count as part of this agreement. Behaviour that will end your time on AveolaWeb, without negotiation:

  • Bullying, threats, or pressure aimed at another user — during a call or after it ends
  • Sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits someone — non-negotiable
  • Saving or passing around another person's video or photo without their permission
  • Hitting other users up for cash, gift cards, crypto, login codes, or passwords
  • Passing yourself off as someone else — that includes AveolaWeb staff
  • Letting bots, scrapers, or other automation loose on the platform
  • Anything that breaks the law where you live

On the receiving end of any of this? End the call, block, and report — the safety page shows where those tools live, and it is worth a look before your first match.

6. Your Privacy

What AveolaWeb collects, what it is used for, and the controls in your hands are laid out in the privacy policy, which is part of this agreement.

One honest warning belongs here too: everything on your camera feed reaches the stranger you are matched with, and that person can keep what they see — a screenshot, a recording, another phone aimed at the display. No platform can engineer that away. Only show what you would be at peace with if the call did not stay between the two of you.

7. Changes to These Terms

AveolaWeb evolves, and these terms will evolve with it. When a change actually matters, we will do our reasonable best to make it visible — the date up top moves and, where it fits, we flag it in the product. Continuing to use AveolaWeb after a revision counts as accepting it; if the new text is a deal-breaker, walking away is the valid response.

8. Contact Us

Questions about anything in these terms go to support[at]aveolaweb.com — swap the [at] for a regular @ before you send. The odd spelling keeps scraping scripts from lifting the address off this page. You can also reach the team through the contact page.
