The short version

Treat people decently, take no for an answer, and don't do anything you couldn't defend with a straight face. That's the whole spirit of the thing — the rest of this page is just the fine detail.

One eligibility note that belongs here rather than in the fine print: you must be 18 or older to use AveolaWeb. If you ever suspect a chat partner may be under 18, end the call and report it — don't keep the conversation going to collect proof.

Respect and consent

Respect is the floor, not the ceiling. It applies to the matches you're not interested in just as much as the ones you are — everyone on your screen is a real person having a real evening.

• No harassment, no slurs, no mocking how someone looks, sounds, or where they're from.
• A “no” — to anything — ends the topic. Full stop.
• Never pressure someone to switch on a camera, share contact details, or stay on a call.
• Don't demand photos, proof, or performances from anyone.
• Ending or skipping a call is always allowed — for you, and for them. Consent runs in both directions.

What's not allowed

Some lines aren't negotiable. These behaviours are banned outright, and reporting them is always the right call:

• Fraud in any costume: asking for money, gift cards, crypto, codes, or passwords.
• Threats, blackmail, or passing around someone's private content without their permission.
• Impersonating another person — including pretending to be AveolaWeb staff.
• Spam, link pushing, or dragging people off-platform to dodge the report tools.
• Anything involving minors. No exceptions, no grey areas.

How reporting works

When something crosses a line, block and report sit one tap away inside the call. Pick the closest reason, add a short honest note if you can, and you're done — the review team takes it from there.

Prefer email, or the moment has already passed? Contact us and describe what happened. Either way, your report is reviewed with the context around it — not skimmed by a bot and dropped.

What happens when you break the rules

Consequences scale with what the review finds: a warning, feature limits, a suspension, or a permanent goodbye from AveolaWeb. Serious violations — anything involving minors, threats, or fraud — skip the gentle end of that scale entirely.

Two honest notes. We don't promise a specific outcome or timeline before a review happens, and no platform catches everything. Your reports are how most problems surface at all, which is why they're worth the twenty seconds they take.
